Serving the Homeless Population in the Prescott Valley AreaAs a Christian ministry, we serve compassionately and without judgement, any individual in this region who is without stable housing, lacks basic needs, and needs help to return to self-sufficiency.
Serve Christ by ministering to those in need. We meet the most basic and immediate needs of homeless individuals we encounter in Prescott Valley, offer spiritual hope and encouragement, assist with accessing employment and resources, and acknowledge the life stories of our homeless friends with love and compassion.
Does this mission speak to your heart? We’d love to have you partner with us! There are several ways you can get involved with A Safe Place.

To help homeless individuals where they are and address their immediate needs for food, hygiene, clothing, shelter, and hope, and to one day establish a physical “safe place” where, in partnership with Christian churches and organizations locally, we are able to provide overnight shelter, safe parking, showers, hot meals, spiritual support, and further support individuals in transitioning to self-sustainability.
GROWING OUR VISION
God is leading us to expand the way A Safe Place serves the homeless.
God has given us a vision for establishing a physical place where, in collaboration with local Christian churches and organizations, we can also offer overnight shelter in extreme weather, safe overnight parking, showers, hot meals, and serve as a meeting space where we can better provide one-on-one coaching and support in their path to independence. This is in addition to the work we currently do as a mobile ministry; engaging with and meeting immediate, basic needs of the homeless individuals we encounter in and around our community throughout the week and assisting them with accessing employment, community resources and other resources that can help them return to self-sufficiency.
For this to happen, partnerships and resources will need to be in place to secure and operate such a facility and sustain it long-term, along with the support of the community. If you have questions or feel led to be a part of this ministry, you can contact us to learn more and/or provide financial support to help move this vision forward. Thank you, from A Safe Place.
Help. Serve. Give.
